What it does

What a shop gets out of Tillio

Takings

The day, in one screen

Open the app and the day is already added up: what has gone through the reader, what came in on a link, what is still to settle. Filter by till, by card type or by hour, and see the same figure the drawer will show at closing. No export, no spreadsheet, no waiting until the statement arrives at the end of the month.

Your till, your books

Fits what you already run

Tillio connects to the till systems and bookkeeping packages small shops actually use, and posts the day across at closing so the books are done before you lock up. If yours is not on the list, the daily file opens in a spreadsheet and imports anywhere. Nothing needs installing on the shop computer.

Invoicing

Invoices that chase themselves

Send an invoice from the counter in under a minute, and Tillio does the reminding: a nudge on the due date, another a week later, and a note to you if it goes past a fortnight. The customer pays by card on the link. Shops on account work tell us it takes about two weeks off their average payment time.

Support

Somebody answers

A phone line staffed 7am to 8pm, every day the shops are open, by people who have stood behind a counter. If a reader has stopped working we will get you taking money on the shop phone inside the call, and post a replacement the same day.

Frequently asked questions

The rate, the payout time, the kit and the contract. If something is not answered here, the number in the footer is answered by a person.
On the Counter plan, nothing a month and 1.6% of each card payment. Shopfront is $29 a month and 1.3%. Multi-till is $79 a month and 1.1%. That is the whole price: no terminal lease, no authorisation fee, no minimum.
The next morning, seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Everything you take before midnight is in your business account by about 7am.
Not to start. Tap to pay works on the shop phone, so you can take a card the day you sign up. A reader costs $39 if you want one for the counter, and it is yours, not leased.
Tillio exports a daily takings file, and connects to the twenty or so till systems and bookkeeping packages small shops actually use. If yours is not on the list, the export opens in a spreadsheet.
